The Power of Your Thoughts and Emotions

We can condition ourselves to feel more positive

emotions when we become aware of our thoughts and how they are impacting us in a positive or negative way. As young children we are generally programmed with certain false beliefs that hinder us from really fulfilling our true potential. We often sabotage our success and peace by thinking we're not worthy or deserving of it. Nate will show you how to adjust those false beliefs by using the Body Code. Those types of beliefs and limitations are very common for all of us to deal with. But we can take control of our thoughts and create positive change!

It's so important to recognize emotions play a key role in our lives. Through feelings, positive or negative, we experience those aspects of life that we weren't previously familiar with. Most people would like to be happy or joyful each day, but we don't truly know what that feels like until we've experienced an opposite spectrum of sadness or sorrow as well.

It's extremely empowering when you identify these types of mental energies in your everyday interactions. Your thoughts create your reality and if those thoughts are hurting you, we can change them to benefit you instead. If you are ready to see positive changes in your life, please allow Nate the chance to help.

We all feel, deal with, and experience emotions throughout our life. How we react to those feelings is up to us. Sometimes we may feel the need to identify with those emotions for some reason.

     "I am angry. She's depressed. He's stubborn. I'm a failure... etc."

The more we identify with these emotions, the more they become a part of us and we feel the prolonged effects in various ways (physical illness, mental instability or foggy minded, etc.). It can disrupt our relationships, cause us to be confused, hinder our happiness and even lead to suicidal thoughts. Remember, everyone's experiences are different. It's part of our journey in life.

I'd recommend these steps to feeling emotions but not attaching them to yourself:

  1. Stop and recognize what emotion you're feeling.

  2. Validate that you're feeling this way by vocally telling yourself, "I am feeling (insert emotion)". (This emotion does NOT define who you are as an individual. You are merely feeling this way for a reason.)

  3. Allow yourself to feel and then recognize what may be causing it. (Who was involved? What happened? Where did this take place? When did I start feeling this way?)

  4. After identifying the details, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing yourself to relax as much as possible.

  5. With your eyes still closed, focus on something you love and tell yourself, "I choose to release and let go of (insert emotion) as it no longer serves any purpose in my life. I am thankful for the opportunity to feel and be alive."

  6. Take another deep breath and feel gratitude for your life. Next, make a conscious choice to move on from this emotion.
